PlayPass Subscription FAQ
How do I sign up for the Play Pass Subscription?
Whether you are a University of Kentucky student or a member of our community, we have an option for you! UK Students and Staff, join using the CatsPlay Pass button above and sign in using your LinkBlue information.
For our community members, join using the LexPlay Pass button above. You'll need a Google Mail account for sign up and to log into your account at our Lounge.
Enter your payment information into their respective portals, then make your way to the UKFCU Esports Lounge. We'll activate your account and have you gaming in no time!
Who can buy a LexPlay Gamer Pass?
The LexPlay Gamer Pass is now available to everyone! Sign up with your Google account and visit the UKFCU Esports Lounge to start playing!
What benefits are included with a Play Pass Subscription?
You get access to the Esports Lounge consoles, gaming PCs, and our library of games during our hours of operation. Certain blackout days and times apply. For more information about the lounge, visit our website.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Subscriptions can only be purchased with a valid credit card. We do not accept Cash, UK Flex, or UK Plus accounts.
Can I setup automatic payments?
Yes, automatic payments are setup by default.
For CatsPlay Pass subscribers, automatic payments will stay in place for the duration of both fall and spring semesters (unless you cancel before then). Your subscription will auto-cancel automatically at the end of the Spring semester unless you opt-in for a subscription over the summer months.
For LexPlay Pass subscribers, automatic payments will stay in place until you cancel or unless there is a problem with your payment method.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account below. Simply log in with your credentials, and choose Cancel Subscription.
Do I have to use my UK credentials to sign up?
Yes, for students, faculty, and staff, signing up for a CatsPlay Pass, we require your valid Linkblue credentials.
I lost access to my Google account. How can I update my account or cancel my subscription?
Ensure that you have a recovery email associated with your Google account and two factor authentication enabled for security purposes. University of Kentucky and UKFCU Esports Lounge employees cannot access or update your Google account. If you are unable to access your account and would like to cancel your subscription, contact cornerstone@uky.edu
